PRIVATE SECTOR EXPERIENCE:
Career spanning 20 years in industry, including 18 years in the management and operation
 of companies providing manufacturing and repair services to heavy industry; such as 
power generation, paper, chemical, rubber, plastic, mineral processing and durable goods manufacturing.

PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE: Over 13 years in research involving paddlefish aquaculture, supporting the work of Professor/Principal Investigator Steven D. Mims.

Kentucky State University, Frankfort, KY, 40601. Aquaculture Division, Land Grant Program. July 2000-present. Co-Investigator. Assist the Principal Investigator in all aspects of research including study design and implementation, data collection and analysis, and dissemination of results. 

Kentucky State University. Aquaculture Program. April 1998-June 2000. Research Assistant. Assist Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator with all aspects of funded research; including procurement of supplies and equipment, planning and construction of culture systems used in research, brood stock collection, propagation and husbandry of fish, organization and operation of hatchery and lab, maintenance of equipment and supervision of graduate and undergraduate students. 

AREA OF SPECIAL INTEREST: 
Reservoir ranching and culture of paddlefish for stocking in aquaculture systems.
